Tyson E. Skillings

Tyson Skillings is a Managing Partner of Rockwood Capital. He serves on Rockwood’s Management Committee and works alongside David to set the overall strategic direction of the firm and manage the execution of critical firm initiatives. Tyson oversees the firm’s capital raising efforts and co-heads Portfolio and Asset Management with a focus on Rockwood's commingled fund business.

Tyson previously worked at EY Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Tyson is an Executive Committee Board Member for USC Lusk Center and a full member of Urban Land Institute where he is part of an Industrial Office Council.
