Larissa Payne

Larissa Payne has extensive experience in sports management and operations, currently serving in the AFL Football Operations role at Collingwood Football Club since January 2022. Prior to this position, Larissa held multiple roles at Melbourne University Sport from May 2017 to January 2022, including Acting Leadership Manager, Sport Performance Coordinator, and Sport Participation Coordinator. Additionally, Larissa managed the VFLW Football Department as Football Operations Manager for Darebin Falcons Women's Sports Club from October 2019 to January 2022. Earlier career experience includes working as a Sport Development Officer at La Trobe University from October 2013 to February 2017 and as Duty Manager at Barkly's Hotel from January 2007 to November 2013. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Business in Sports Management from La Trobe University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and has a foundational education from Eltham College of Education.
