Tom Gastin

Tom Gastin currently serves as the Head of Football Operations at Collingwood Football Club since December 2023. Previously, Tom has held various roles within the AFL Doctors Association, including Executive Officer and Administration Manager since April 2016. From September 2015 to December 2023, Tom worked at the AFL, focusing on football analysis, technology innovation, list management, and health and safety as the Football Analysis and Administration Manager. Tom's earlier experience includes positions such as Football Health and Safety Lead, Coordinator, and Research Assistant. Tom's education includes a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science/Bachelor of Business (Sports Management) from Deakin University, complemented by participation in the NEXT Emerging Leader Program with the Nosworthy Group in 2022.
