Kris Baird

Kris joined Collingwood General and Marine Hospital in the role of Vice President, People, and Organizational Development, Chief Human Resources Officer in January 2019.

She is a seasoned human resource professional, with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare including the Hospital for Sick Children and Haliburton Highlands Health Services. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology and a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management.

In her role at CGMH, Kris has overall responsibility for the people portfolio, which includes human resources, workforce allocation, payroll, occupational health, and volunteer resources.
