Guillermo Alvarez is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Principal Systems Engineer at Collins Aerospace and as Vice President at FirstIdea, Inc., Guillermo has rich expertise in personnel selection, executive recruitment, and the validation of assessments.
