Justin Bressler

Justin Bressler, CPIM, CSCP, currently serves as Supply Chain Manager at Collins Aerospace, leading a team focused on project initiatives to change sources of supply under constraints related to capacity, quality, and cost savings. Previous roles at Collins include Work Transfer Program Manager and Sr. Customer Quality Manager, where responsibilities included managing customer quality portfolios for key clients such as Sikorsky and Northrop Grumman. Justin has also had a diverse career in various roles at Columbus McKinnon, UPS, Victor Plastics, and Swift Transportation, gathering extensive experience in production scheduling, continuous improvement, and supply chain management. Justin completed a Bachelor of Science in Production and Operations Management, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iowa State University.
