Sergey Mironets

Sergey Mironets is a highly experienced professional in the field of additive manufacturing and materials engineering, currently serving as a Senior Fellow at Collins Aerospace since February 2024. With a career at UTC Aerospace Systems since July 2013 focused on advanced technologies in additive manufacturing, Sergey has also contributed to SAE AMS Additive Manufacturing Standards from 2015 to 2021 and was a member of ASTM F42 between 2011 and 2021. Previously, Sergey held a leadership role in advanced manufacturing technologies and materials development at Pratt and Whitney and worked on military and commercial welding operations at Howmet. Early career experience includes significant research activities at the Frantcevych Institute for Problems of Materials Science. Sergey holds an MBA in Management of Technology from Rensselaer and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from National Transport University, complemented by advanced studies in Powder Metallurgy and Composite Materials.
