Shalini Natarajan

Shalini Natarajan is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Collins Aerospace, Shalini has led several key projects including the FlightHub & Multilink in the Commercial Aviation division and the ARINCDirect Suite of Products in Business Aviation, along with managing Airbus Programs within Connectivity Solutions. Prior to this, Shalini held various technical roles at Trimble Inc. and Rockwell Collins, progressing from Software Engineer to Lead Engineer. Shalini holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
