Terry Browne

Terry Browne has over two decades of experience in engineering and safety management. Terry started at Collins Engineers, Inc. in 1994 as a Vice President and Corporate Safety Officer before becoming the Director and International Division Manager in 2001. In 2011, they also served as an IOOS Federal Advisory Committee Member at NOAA.

Terry Browne's education history includes obtaining a CSP Certification in Safety in 2015, a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity degree from DRI International in 2020, and attending The International Crisis Management Management Conference in 2019. Additionally, they have completed various course studies from ASIS International, the American Society of Safety Professionals, the Association of Diving Contractors International, FEMA Emergency Management Institute, and NASA Engineering and Safety Center. Terry holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, and a BSCE in Civil/Structural Engineering. Terry has received multiple certifications including Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certified Security Professional (CSP), and others in the field of safety and engineering.
