Emma Verheijke

Emma Verheijke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability and impact management across various sectors. As the Group Head of Sustainability at Collins Foods Limited since January 2025, Emma leads the sustainability strategy, data, and regulatory compliance efforts. Previously, as Partner in the Sustainability Advisory group at Grant Thornton Netherlands, Emma supported diverse clients in managing and reporting their ESG impacts. Emma also served as a Guest Lecturer in ESG & CSRD at the Nederlandse Beroepsorganisatie van Accountants and as a Lecturer on sustainability reporting & CSRD at Outvie, while participating on the Advisory Board for Sustainable Finance & Climate Risk. Emma's expertise is further demonstrated through significant roles at ActionAid Nederland, Sinzer - Grant Thornton, MediQuest, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands. Emma holds multiple degrees in International Relations, Business Administration, and Political History from esteemed institutions including Utrecht University and Deakin University.
