Raynaven Roge

Raynaven Roge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and corporate sectors. As the Founder and Executive Director of Delta V Inc. since September 2011, Raynaven has developed retrieval and recovery programs for victims of severe domestic violence and human trafficking, providing essential services such as private investigation, safe housing, legal aid, and job training. Concurrently, Raynaven serves as the Finance, Contracts & Insurance Manager at Collis Roofing, Inc. since April 2007, overseeing financing for homeowners, contract management, and interdepartmental communication. In a previous role as Marketing & PR Director from 2009 to 2012, Raynaven successfully led a rebranding campaign that significantly increased company revenue and earned the title of National Roofing Contractor of the Year in 2012. Prior experience at Ashton Woods Homes included roles in purchasing and subcontract management from June 2004 to April 2007.
