Orna Altman

Orna Altman has extensive experience in operational excellence and cost reduction. Orna currently works as the Head of Strategic Projects and Operational Excellence (OPEX) at CollPlant since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Regional Health & Wellness Manager at Movement-Wellness & Preventive Medicine from February 2018 to February 2022. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Operational Excellence Manager Israel Site at Albaad, where they led the Opex vision of the organization and headed the program to achieve process improvement and efficient cost reduction goals. Before that, they worked at Micron Technology as the Global 200mm Fabs Cost Reduction Program Manager, leading global improvement and cost reduction programs for multiple business units. Orna also worked at Numonyx as the Strategic Operational Planning and Control resource, overseeing manufacturing workforce requirements and managing vendor performance, as well as the Manufacturing HC Manager.

Orna Altman obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Peres Academic Center, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Orna completed this degree program between 2007 and 2009.
