Anthony Delucia

Anthony DeLucia has a robust legal background with extensive experience in immigration law and legal strategy. Currently serving as the Lead I-140 Legal Strategist and RFE Supervising Attorney at Colombo & Hurd since May 2022, Anthony has previously worked as the Managing Attorney of the Expedite Team and Legal Writing Attorney at Hudson - a Professional Corporation from June 2019 to April 2022. Additionally, Anthony completed an internship at the City of Danville Commonwealth Attorney's Office in 2018. Anthony holds a Doctor of Law (JD) with a focus on Appellate Practice from Elon University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo.
