Rocío Hernández

Rockie C. is an accomplished Program Manager at Lonza, responsible for directing multidisciplinary project teams in the clinical manufacturing of biologics and fostering global collaborations. Prior to this role, Rockie served as a Senior Scientist and Program Lead at CareDx, Inc., where significant contributions included the development and automation of genomics-based diagnostic products and a first-author publication on clinical biomarkers related to kidney transplant recipients. Experience at Senti Biosciences involved leading gene therapy projects in collaboration with major Roche companies, while earlier roles included a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles, and an internship as an analyst at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures. Rockie holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
