Colonial Heights Public Schools
Deena Beville is an experienced educator currently serving as an ECSE Teacher at Colonial Heights Public Schools since August 2005, focusing on the development of children with various disabilities through engaging and nurturing practices. Previously, Deena held positions as a Speech Therapist at Dinwiddie Co. Schools and Greensville County Public Schools from 1993 to 2005. Deena's academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, as well as nearly completing a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at James Madison University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Dakota.

The five schools in Colonial Heights City Public Schools include three elementary schools - Lakeview Elementary School, North Elementary School, and Tussing Elementary School - and Colonial Heights Middle School and Colonial Heights High School. All schools are accredited by the Virginia Board of Education and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The school division achieved District Accreditation under AdvancED.
