Susan Cyran

Susan joined the Colonial Parking team in September 2022. Her primary mandate is to leverage her combined experience with real estate asset management strategies and innovation in parking technology to solve the complex problems that emerge in a virtual economy.

Susan worked as a Property Management/Asset Management professional for nearly 30 years, much of it with Boston Properties, one of the nation’s largest REITs. In her position with Boston Properties, she developed a parking program that achieved measurable results by defining financial reporting protocols, oversight of audit and performance monitoring functions, streamlining operator relations and methodologies, and, perhaps most critically, cultivating a program of developing and leveraging relationships with a broad stable of technology providers.
