Shelia began their career as a Vice President at ORIX and KeyBank Real Estate Capital Markets, where they oversaw portfolio services and managed assets. In 2009, they joined CLMG Corporation as a Vice President in commercial loan servicing. Shelia then moved on to NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc. as a Vice President before joining Colony Capital, Inc. in 2010 as a Senior Vice President. In their role at Colony Capital, Shelia managed the oversight of servicing functions for a portfolio of assets worth approximately $3.2 billion.
