Sofia Kjelgaard

Sofia Kjelgaard is an experienced professional in supply chain management, currently serving as the Head of Forecasting & Performance at Coloplast since August 2016, where leadership and development of the Forecasting & Performance department in Global Supply Chain is paramount. Previous roles at Coloplast included Senior Supply Chain Business Manager, Supply Chain Customer Service Manager, and Global Subsidiary Process Manager, each contributing to the enhancement of global supply chain efficiency and performance. Before Coloplast, Sofia held positions at Tetra Pak as a Product Specialist and Maintenance Unit Administrator, where significant contributions were made in process improvement and technical documentation. Sofia's academic background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Design from Lund University, complemented by training in problem-solving and innovation methodologies.
