Jamie Henson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. They began their career as a Physical Therapist Aid at Newark Extended Care Facility in 1999, where they assisted therapists with patient care and performed administrative tasks. In 2002, they transitioned to a role as a Mail Sorter at Mellon HR Solutions (placed by Volt) before becoming a Learning Administrator at Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (placed by Volt) in 2005. In this position, they created training classes for AMEX employees and served as a liaison for US and international clients.
From 2006 to 2010, Jamie worked as a Receptionist at Triple Point Technology, providing administrative support to the President and Vice President of Sales. They then became an Executive Assistant at Urology Group of New Jersey (now New Jersey Urology, LLC) in 2010, where they supported company leaders and acted as a backup patient registrar. In 2016, they joined New Jersey Urology, LLC as a Patient Registrar, responsible for checking in patients, entering new patient data, and verifying referral and co-pay information.
In 2015, Jamie also took on the role of Independent Younique Presenter at Younique Products, where they served as a brand representative until 2020. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Service Team Lead at Color Street since November 2017. As a team lead, they likely oversee the customer service department and ensure efficient and satisfactory customer interactions.
Jamie Henson attended Fortis College from 2009-2011, where they obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Entrepreneurship. Additionally, in 2001, Jamie attended Gibbs College and received an Associate's Certificate in Corporate Assistant.
