Julia Mecklenburg

Julia Mecklenburg is an experienced professional in community engagement and support services, currently serving as a Senior Community Engagement Liaison at Colorado Access since May 2016. In this role, responsibilities include representing Colorado Access at local forums, educating stakeholders about membership and organizational priorities, and managing outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes a position as a Senior Orientation Brain Injury Support Specialist at Rocky Mountain Human Services, where outreach and resource identification for clients were key focuses. Julia also held various internships that contributed to organizational development and client support. Academic qualifications include two Master’s Degrees in Social Work from the University of Denver and Colorado State University, complemented by early educational achievements at Ponderosa High School.
