Stephanie Kautz

Stephanie Kautz is a Staff Accountant at Colorado Ballet. Stephanie previously worked as a Lead Bartender at North County from December 2014 to January 2017. Stephanie was responsible for opening the restaurant, creating and implementing policies and procedures, and closing and securing the restaurant. Stephanie also prepared end of day financial reports, handled cash for server checkouts, and division of tip outs, and AM/PM bank bags. Stephanie supervised front of house staff and trained new hires on product knowledge and business operations.

From July 2014 to February 2015, Stephanie worked as Head Hostess and Bartender at Union Station. Stephanie managed the phone and answering service for the Cooper Lounge, scheduled reservations, coordinated with private event staff, and responded to guest inquiries regarding Union Station, its facilities, and businesses. Stephanie also served as a bartender for Terminal Bar, Cooper Lounge, and private events, making classic cocktails and serving 30 CO beers on tap.

Stephanie was a Bartender at Lowry Beer Garden from May 2012 to July 2014. Stephanie was also a Visual Merchandising Team Lead at Urban Outfitters from December 2011 to October 2012.

Stephanie Kautz holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts with a Secondary Teaching Emphasis from the University of Northern Colorado. Stephanie also holds certificates in Managerial Finance, Full Charge Bookkeeping, and General Business from the Community College of Aurora.
