Laurie Mozingo has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and benefits management. Laurie started their career at Rocky Mountain Compensation Association as a volunteer board member from 2010 to 2013. In 2008, they joined Junior Achievement USA as the Vice President of Benefits and Compensation, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they gained valuable expertise in managing employee benefits and compensation programs. In 2014, Laurie transitioned to Colorado College, initially as a Benefits Manager. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various benefits programs, retirement plans, leave policies, and workers' compensation. Laurie then worked as the Assistant Director of Total Rewards before becoming the Associate Vice President of People Operations in November 2022. Throughout their career, Laurie has demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing employee benefits and ensuring a competitive compensation structure.

Laurie Mozingo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Business from Lamar University (1978-1983) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2004-2007). Laurie also possesses several certifications including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), SHRM-SCP, Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), SPHR-Senior Professional in Human Resources, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).
