Zack Henderson

Zack Henderson has a diverse work experience in the meat industry. Zack started their career in 2000 at Cargill Meat Solutions/Excel, where they worked in food service sales, handling distribution and chain account sales. From 2005 to 2008, they served as an Account Development Director at Swift and Company, managing processor accounts such as McDonalds/Grinders, Hormel, and Quantum. In 2007, they joined Cargill Meat Solutions as a Sales Leader, and then in 2009, they became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Zack worked at Colorado Premium as an Executive Vice President until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Colorado Premium.

Zack Henderson attended The Culinary Institute of America in 2002-2003, studying CCSP. Zack then went on to Pittsburg State University from 1997-2000, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Business and Marketing.
