Aileen Weed

Aileen (Averion) Weed has over 15 years of experience in higher education, primarily focused on student conduct and residence life. Currently serving as the Director of Student Conduct Services at Colorado State University since February 2017, Aileen previously held positions as Associate and Assistant Director in the same office. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Colorado Boulder as a Retention and Success Advisor and at the University of Connecticut as Assistant Director of Residence Education. Aileen's career also encompasses various roles in residence life and housing at Campus Living Villages, Willamette University, and Iowa State University. Aileen began a professional career as a Paralegal at Javitch, Block & Rathbone and as a Live-In Tutor with A Better Chance. Aileen holds a Master of Education in Higher Education, Student Affairs, and Educational Leadership from Iowa State University, a Graduate Certificate in Adult Learning from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Miami University.
