Aryn Baxter

Aryn Baxter currently serves as an Assistant Professor and Associate Director of Development and Education at Colorado State University since October 2022. Previously, Aryn held positions at the University of Dayton as a Lecturer in Leadership for Organizations and at the University of Idaho as the Executive Director of International Programs. Aryn's tenure at Arizona State University included roles as an Assistant Professor and Director of The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program, which focuses on educating and empowering young leaders from Africa. Aryn's academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Education Policy and Administration with a specialization in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota, along with a master's degree in the same field and a bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Sociology. Additionally, Aryn has experience in research and program evaluation, having worked with organizations such as Seward Inc., the University of Minnesota as a Core Evaluation Team Member, and Food for the Hungry, Inc. as an Academic Program Coordinator.
