Amy Vaughn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amy began their career at American Meter Company as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where they worked from 1996 until 1999. Amy gradually advanced within the company, holding positions such as Regulatory Affairs Associate, Regulatory Affairs Project Manager, and Manager of Global Operations Business Systems. In 2013, they became the Manager of Global Operations and Commercial Systems before being promoted to Senior Manager of Global Commercial Excellence in 2018. Most recently, Amy served as the Director of Global Commercial Excellence and, currently, as the Director of Global Customer Experience.
