Burcu Avcı Taflıoğlu

Burcu Avcı Taflıoğlu has a diverse work experience in various pharmaceutical and chemical companies.

Burcu started their career at Mustafa Nevzat Ilac Sanayii in 2003 as a Process Research and Development Engineer. In this role, they organized and managed research projects aimed at improving production methods and product quality. Burcu was also responsible for process and equipment validation.

In 2006, they joined Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals as an R&D Scientist. Here, their responsibilities included analytical method development, validation, stability analysis for new products, raw material release analysis, and preparing CTD files.

Burcu then worked at Ashland Inc. (hISP) from 2007 to 2014 as a Pharmaceutical Laboratory Manager.

Currently, Burcu is employed at Colorcon® as an Area Technical Manager. Burcu started as an Area Technical Manager in 2014 and was later promoted to Senior Area Technical Manager in August 2021.

Throughout their career, Burcu has developed expertise in research and development, analytical methods, process improvement, validation, and project management.

Burcu Avcı Taflıoğlu pursued their education starting from 1998 to 2002 at Gazi University, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Following this, they continued their studies at Marmara University from 2003 to 2007, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering.
