Damián Hernández

Damián Hernández has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Damián began their career as a Seminarian at the Universidad Nacional de Quilmes, where they worked on a project focused on the molecular basis for the cross protection mechanism in citrics. Damián then joined BIOSIDUS as a Professional Scientific Assistant, where they conducted business intelligence and market research for various projects.

In 2008, Damián joined Sartorius as an Account Manager, responsible for technical sales in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries in Argentina. Damián successfully expanded the market for a new line of products and supported regulatory compliance.

After that, Damián served as a Professor at the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, where they taught courses on topics such as foreign trading, business strategy, and final thesis writing for a biotech start-up.

Damián then joined Instituto Massone S.A. as the Head of Marketing, where they implemented business strategies for finished products in Latin America and the Middle East through different distributors. Damián also provided customer support for API business in the USA and EU.

Damián has held several roles within the company, including Regional Sales Manager for Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay, Sales Director for Latin America South, General Manager, and is currently serving as the Sales Director for EMEA. Throughout their time at Colorcon®, they have consistently increased sales and developed strong commercial and technical teams.
