Gustavo Vallejo

Gustavo Vallejo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gustavo started their career in 2009 as a Shift Lead at Maggie Moos Ice Cream & Treatery. In 2010, they joined Ruby's Diner, Inc. and served as both a Server and a Lead Cook until 2016. In 2017, they were promoted to Manager at Ruby's Diner, Inc. and held this role until 2020.
