Loic Roudot

QC Analyst - Finished Goods at Colorcon

Loic Roudot has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Loic began their career as a Laboratory Analyst at British Sugar in 1993 and later worked as a Research Assistant at the same company. In 1996, they joined Zeneca Agrochemicals as a Quality Control Shift Analyst, where they conducted testing on insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, and rodenticides. Loic then moved to GSK Pharmaceuticals in 1999, where they held various roles including QA Shift Analyst, SmartLab Project Data Analyst, and QA Lab Support Officer. During their time at GSK, they were responsible for maintaining analytical specifications, reviewing and approving documentation, and implementing a paperless system for recording testing instructions and results. In 2011, Loic joined the European Medicines Agency as a Scientific Administrator, where they coordinated inspections, provided GMP guidance, and resolved quality defects reported by companies. Loic then joined Abbott Laboratories in Dartford in 2014 as a Technical Reviewer, where they compiled and assessed materials for site transfers. Currently, Loic works at Colorcon® as a QC Analyst for Finished Goods, where they test formulations for the pharma and food industries and provides shift cover when needed.

Loic Roudot's education history begins with their completion of a Baccalaureat degree in the Scientific series (D), with distinction (mention AB) from Lycee Felix Le Dantec, Lannion in 1988. From 1988 to 1990, they pursued a DUT degree in Physical Chemistry at Institut Universitaire et Technique de Lannion. Loic then attended the University of Plymouth from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a BSc degree in Analytical Chemistry and Ocean Science. Lastly, from 1992 to 1993, Loic enrolled in the University of East Anglia and completed an MSc degree in Analytical Chemistry.
