Manuel Gourmand

Manuel Gourmand has extensive experience in supply chain management and operations across various industries, currently serving as Site Manager for Bazainville Operations and previously holding multiple roles at Colorcon® since April 2017, contributing to a global supply chain strategy. Prior to this, Manuel held several positions at Bucher Industries, including World Parts Centre Warehouse Manager and UK Master Production Scheduler. With a background that includes co-founding ValorSE and consulting in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, Manuel's early career features roles in SAP Supply Chain Management at Capgemini and operations management in the KUHN S.A. graduate program. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Lean Enterprise from the University of Buckingham and multiple engineering degrees from institutions in France, Brazil, and the UK.
