Mike McDougal

Mike McDougal has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Mike started their career at Colorcon in 1998 as a Business Development Manager before moving on to become a Regional Sales Manager, Global Business Manager for Excipients, and Director of Excipient Porfolio. Mike joined Micron Technologies in 2010 as the NA Sales & Marketing Director and later became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In 2014, they joined Catalent Pharma Solutions as the Director of Business Development and later took on the role of Director of Business Development for Catalent Micron Technologies. Currently, they are working at Colorcon as the Director of Global Accounts since May 2019.

Mike McDougal attended Drexel University from 1988 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Commerce and Engineering. Following their time at Drexel, they enrolled at Villanova University, where they completed their MBA in Business Management between 1994 and 1999.
