Tiffany Benford

Tiffany Benford, LICSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical social work and psychotherapy. Currently serving as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Kensho Healing Arts LLC and a Psychotherapist in private practice at Colorful Resilience LLC, Tiffany has previously held roles such as Clinical Coordinator/Diversity Specialist at Springfield College and Somatic Psychotherapist/Clinician at NC Center for Resiliency. With a strong background in providing therapeutic support for individuals facing homelessness and complex health issues, Tiffany has also worked at Duke University and Carrfour Supportive Housing, focusing on housing navigation and crisis intervention.
