Jamie has demonstrated expertise in managing teams of data analysts, organizing members for campaign mobilization, and ensuring data integrity and quality. Their experience also includes financial management, recruitment, and training staff for field campaigns, as well as founding a chapter dedicated to LGBTQIA communities in STEM fields. They have a background in research, focusing on microbial communities and climate change impacts during their time as an undergraduate researcher at the College of William and Mary.
