Kyle Bibby currently serves as the Chief of Campaigns and Programs at Color Of Change, the largest online organization advocating for Black Americans. In addition to this role, Kyle is a co-founder and board member of The Black Veterans Project, which seeks to document the military experiences of Black service members and address racial inequities in the military. Previous positions include serving as Political Partner at the Truman National Security Project and holding various roles at Common Defense, including Deputy Political Director and National Campaigns Manager. Kyle also has experience in nonprofit leadership as the Director of the New Jersey Reentry Corporation, as well as federal roles at the Broadcasting Board of Governors and the Office of Management and Budget. Kyle is a former Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from the United States Naval Academy.
