Darrell Metzger's work experience is as follows:

From 2018 to present, Darrell served as the Director of Customer Service & Product Solutions at Colson Group. In this role, they led Inside Sales and Customer Service in 4 locations after the merge of 5 US based companies into one. Darrell improved the functionality of the ERP system to enhance order entry accuracy and implemented primary sites and sales lead times to aid part shipment accuracy. Darrell also created a "Solutions Team" group of product specialists and system experts to improve customer support for technical issues. Additionally, they managed the quoting process, reducing the average quote turn around time by 93%.

From 2013 to 2018, Darrell held various roles at Colson Group USA. Darrell served as the Vertical Market Sales Manager from October 2017 to September 2018, Director of Customer Service from January 2016 to October 2017, and Director of Product Design from August 2013 to January 2016.
