Timothy Ritter

Timothy Ritter is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as Marketing and Communications Manager at Colson Group since June 2024. Prior to this, Timothy held various roles at ABI Attachments, Inc., including Director of Marketing, Creative Director, and Creative Services Manager from June 2021 to June 2024. Timothy's career also includes a significant tenure at Pathfinders Advertising as Lead UX/UI Designer, where a transition to Figma and the implementation of atomic design principles were initiated. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Art Director and Lead Photographer, where creative design for national clients and studio development work were key responsibilities. In previous positions, including Art Director at Life Action Ministries and Graphic Design Manager at Alphagraphics South Bend, Timothy contributed to branding, creative direction, and the establishment of design standards. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art - Graphic Design from Messiah College, completed in 2012.
