Hemant Tilekar (He/Him/His)

Hemant Tilekar has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Hemant is currently serving as the Head of Construction Procurement and Commercial at Colt Data Centre Services since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Colt Technology Services for several years, holding various positions such as Head of Asia Engineering, Director of Programme Office Engineering, VP (Interim) of Technology and Operations Asia, and Director of Projects & Process Transformation. Before joining Colt, Hemant worked at KVH Co., Ltd. as a Specialist Project Manager, EMC Japan Ltd. as a Senior Project Manager, and Nihon Sutra Systems Co. Ltd. as a Customer Project Manager. Hemant also has experience in project management at Indo-Fuji Information Techonologies Pvt. Ltd. and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Zensar Technologies Ltd.

Hemant Tilekar (He/Him/His) began their education at Modern College (Pune University) in 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree with a specialization in Computer Science. Hemant completed their degree in 1994. In 1992, Hemant attended the Ranade Institute (Pune University) to acquire an Advanced Diploma, although the specific field of study for this diploma is unknown. Hemant then enrolled at Hokkaido University in 1995 to engage in an Advanced Study of Japanese Language & Culture, completing their studies in 1996. Later on, in 2013, Hemant pursued further education at the Tokyo Institute of Technology.
