Patricia B. is a Human Resources Executive at Columbia Asia Malaysia since August 2019, bringing extensive experience in HR and administration. Previously, Patricia held roles in customer care and as a management trainee at Water Genesis Sdn Bhd from January to March 2019, and worked as an HR cum Admin at Sky Borneo Solutions Sdn Bhd from November 2017 to January 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing human resource functions and administrative tasks. Additionally, Patricia served as an HR trainee at Sarawak Energy Berhad from February to May 2018, collaborating with the Workforce Planning and Resourcing team. Patricia obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak, completing the program in 2018.
