Matt Martino

Matt Martino possesses extensive experience in home mortgage lending, currently serving as a Home Mortgage Lender at Umpqua Bank since October 2016. In this role, Matt focuses on providing financing solutions for customers seeking to purchase, refinance, or construct homes, demonstrating proficiency across a range of loan programs, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, FHA, USDA-RD, Oregon Bond, Portfolio, and down payment assistance products. Prior to this position, Matt worked as a Project Foreman at Land Effects Inc. from March 2007 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing personnel and logistics for a landscape company and overseeing landscape projects within Eagle Crest Resort and various communities in Central Oregon.
