Pamela McLaren completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Lean Processes from the Alaska Airlines Lean Training Center. The same year, they also pursued a continuing education course in Project Management at Bellevue College. Additionally, Pamela McLaren has earned certifications in Lean Training from Alaska Airlines and won the 1st Place Table Topics Contest at the Jetsetters Toastmasters International in September 2016.
