Pamela McLaren

Pamela McLaren has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, payroll, and financial services. Pamela currently holds the position of Director Human Resources Operations at Columbia Basin Hospital & Columbia Basin Family Medicine since September 2022. Before that, they were the Human Resources and Employee Health Manager at the same organization from August 2021 to September 2022. Prior to their current role, Pamela served as the Director of Payroll and Benefits at Diamond Parking Service from April 2019 to August 2021. Pamela also has experience at Lynden Incorporated, where they held multiple roles including Payroll Manager, Financial Services Process Improvement Manager, Interim Accounts Receivable Manager, and Oracle EBS Process Improvement Manager. Pamela's earlier work experience includes positions at Northland Services, Inc. as Manager Subledger Accounting, Payday Today as Small Business Owner/CFO, Columbia Colstor, Inc. as Payroll Supervisor, and Takata as Payroll/Accounts Payable Supervisor. Pamela McLaren completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2013. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Lean Processes from the Alaska Airlines Lean Training Center. The same year, they also pursued a continuing education course in Project Management at Bellevue College. Additionally, Pamela McLaren has earned certifications in Lean Training from Alaska Airlines and won the 1st Place Table Topics Contest at the Jetsetters Toastmasters International in September 2016.
