Lisa Wharton

Lisa Wharton is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information systems and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Columbia Insurance Group since December 2022, Lisa previously held leadership roles at Grange Insurance, including Vice President of Application Development and Assistant Vice President of Application Development, where management of large teams and multi-million dollar budgets was crucial. Prior to that, at Motorists Insurance Group, Lisa directed technology and portfolio management for a greenfield startup and held various positions, enhancing project management frameworks and IT financial management. Lisa's career also includes roles at Citi and JP Morgan Chase, focusing on business management and project oversight. A graduate of Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Industrial Organizational Psychology, Lisa possesses a strong foundation in both technical and business management.
