Allyson Fredericksen has a diverse educational background and a range of certifications. Allyson earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Sociology, and Gender/Ethnic Studies from California Lutheran University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Allyson later pursued a Master's degree in Policy Studies at the University of Washington, graduating in 2010. In 2017, Allyson attended the Institute of Organization Development and completed a Certificate program in Organizational Development. Allyson also obtained certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. First, they obtained the Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP) from the Institute of Organization Development in May 2018. Later, in January 2020, they received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
