Margaret Rogers (Meg)

Margaret (Meg) Rogers has extensive experience in payroll and human resources, currently serving as Payroll and HR at Child and Family Focus, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Meg was the Payroll and Benefit Administrator at William Penn Charter School from August 2005 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing payroll, benefits, and compliance for over 500 employees. Meg also oversaw the onboarding and offboarding processes during this time. Earlier in their career, Meg worked as a Payroll/Petty Cash Generalist at Community Interactions from September 2000 to August 2005, handling payroll and petty cash for over 200 employees. Meg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources with a specialization in Business/Textiles Design and Merchandising from the University of Delaware.
