John joined Columbia in March of 2021. Most of his career has been in manufacturing, and the last 11 years have been in food manufacturing. Over the years, he has been a part of Rope, Ladders, Gaskets, Air and Hydraulic Lines, Supplements and even Maraschino Cherries. John greatly enjoys the processes of how things are made and implementing lean manufacturing practices to ensure consistency in production and opportunities for improvements. He takes great pride in developing teams and creating careers for production employees. Outside of work, John has had many years of coaching soccer and is known for picking up a rock or two everywhere he goes. More recently, he enjoys watching his three kids grow into awesome young adults.
