Jason Trusley joined Columbia Sportswear in September 2019 in the newly created role of Vice President of Consumer Strategy for the Columbia brand. Prior to joining Columbia, from 2014 to 2019, Mr. Trusley held various general management, digitalization, strategy and transformation leadership roles at Nordstrom and Nike. From 2006 to 2014, he gained consulting experience with Deloitte Consumer Strategy and Operations where he led advanced analytics, operations and consumer experience strategic consulting, and The Boston Consulting Group, where he served clients across the retail and consumer goods industries to enable large scale digital and consumer-focused transformation.
