Allison Cui

Allison Cui is a Software Engineer Intern at BlackRock since May 2025, working with the Aladdin Research Team. As an Undergraduate Researcher at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Allison contributes to the Artificial Intelligence for Visual Science Lab under Dr. Kaveri Thakoor and co-authored an abstract accepted for the ARVO Annual Meeting 2024. Previous experience includes participation in the INSIGHT Program at Jane Street, an internship at PayPal where Allison developed an Azure-Ops chatbot, and a role as a Software Engineer at Columbia Build Lab. Additional internships include positions at My Influency and as an Associate Developer at Spectator Publishing Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University and notable research internships, including at Boston University where Allison analyzed textual data for NLP projects.
