Eileen Z. Fuentes

Eileen Z. Fuentes currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Faculty Affairs at Columbia University Irving Medical Center since July 2024. Prior to this position, Eileen held the role of Interim Director/Senior Manager of Human Resources Operations at the Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C., overseeing operations in the largest public hospital system in the United States. Eileen has extensive experience in patient relations and care coordination, having worked as a Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and as a Clinical Coordinator at Columbia University Medical Center. Eileen also founded and directed a patient-centered wellness program and managed human resources and academic affairs in the Division of Cardiology. Eileen's experience is supported by a Master of Arts in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Felician University. Additional training includes studies at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine and various culinary arts programs focused on health and nutrition.
