Erica Lillo

Erica Lillo, MHA, is currently the Director of Revenue Cycle and Strategic Operations at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Prior to this role, Erica held the position of Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle and Patient Access at the same institution. Erica also worked as an Assistant Manager of Hospital Operations at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Erica began their career as an Administrative Intern at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and later served as an Administrative Fellow and Practice Administrator at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. Erica holds a Master of Health Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from Hartwick College.
