Andrea Ward

Andrea Ward is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources, currently serving as the Global People Director at Columbus since March 2010. At Columbus, a leading company focused on enhancing efficiency and performance in the food, manufacturing, and retail sectors, Andrea leverages deep industry expertise to implement effective Microsoft-based solutions. Previously, Andrea held the position of Senior HR Manager at Deloitte from September 1999 to February 2010 and worked as an HR Generalist at NHS from September 1994 to September 1999. Andrea holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Middlesex University and is pursuing an MA in Human Resource Management at the University of Northampton.
